NO ONE can tell how busy BZ Grill (2702 Astoria Blvd, Astoria, NY; 929-336-4158) is, but it doesn’t pull any punches about its wares or how its serves its food. To start with, the place is a humble—not that humble, though—Greek spot and doesn’t really boast about its food, which is primarily gyro and souvlaki, served in a place that matches its expectations. If one bothers to read the reviews on Internet, there are lots of complaints, but there are some praises, too.
Dishes at BZ Grill, which opens at 11 am and closes at 11 pm, include chicken fillet, beef kebob, gyro tenders, souvlaki chicken, falafel platters and mixed grill.
