Charlotte, NC | HELLENIC GREEK KITCHEN | instagram.com/hellenicgreekkitchen  Opened last month in Charlotte’s South End neighborhood, this 2,000-square-foot hot spot is run by  Amelia and Peyton Limberakis, whose father, Chris,  owns local institution The Mad Greek. Light, con- temporary decor distinguishes the new spot. “We’re going for an eye-catching look to capture a different market than the diner,” Amelia told a local news- paper. “We wanted it to be a nicer space for date nights or evenings with friends.”

Tucson, Arizona | PAPPOULE’S OPA | pappoules.com  Pappoule’s is proud to announce, in celebration of their 41st anniversary, the reopening of their newly expanded and remodeled location at the newly developed Uptown Shops on Tucson’s Northwest side. Third generation of Cotsones family (Chicago natives), owned and operated by Chris Cotsones, their fast  casual concept blended with traditional Greek restaurant fare gives customers the brisk business lunch and  evening dining options they desire. This iconic Tucson restaurant now features a full bar, interior seating and expanded patio dining. Serving the Southwest, yearly nominated Best of Tucson, Efcharisto for 41 years.

Las Vegas | NAXOS TAVERNA | naxosredrock.com Las Vegas’ Red Rock Resort opened this splashy dining spot in February. Cocktails will highlight Greek spirits like tsipouro, retsina ouzo, and mastitha, plus Greek beers and house sangria.
