- Bobo’s Diner & Ice Cream Parlor located at 280 Hawthorn Village Commons in Vernon Hills, IL was owned for over 20 years by Gus Romas; this is no more! This very successful and well known fast food restaurant, as of a few weeks ago, is owned by Bill Kron and Tom Rizzo. Realpoul Realty represented seller and buyers.
- Bright Spot Restaurant located at 332 Main St Hobart, IN was a fixture in the down town area of the city; but after 40 years the owner George Fitusis, now in his mid-80’s, decided to close down and start enjoying life.
